As we work to build a community around Groover Labs, one of the things we want is to have the creativity of our community reflected in our physical environment. If you’ve visited and thought we needed a little something, now is the time to unleash your creative spirit and join us as we begin to address the large expanses of white walls. This is the first in a series of occasional classes designed to harness the power of community to bring our coworking and makerspace to life through a fusion of art and technology.

All materials are provided, but feel free to bring any yarns you’d like to include in your weaving. The looms were laser cut right here in our Makerspace, and you’ll get to take yours home so that you can continue to use the skills learned in this workshop! Take home your finished tapestry weaving, but we hope you’ll leave it with us to incorporate into a larger work to help us fill our halls with local art!
